Brothers David and Roger Tilbrook started brewing in 1999 on a 2.5-barrel plant,
bought from the closed Viking Brewery. A new 10-barrel plant was installed in
2000. The brewery is in Warwickshire, despite the Gloucestershire postal address,
on the estate of Lord Willoughby De Broke. Two mainstream beers are produced with
other seasonals planned and 12 outlets are supplied direct.
The brewery is a member of both SIBA
and of the Gloucestershire Craft Brewers.
