ULEY Old Spot Prize Strong Ale (H)
WADWORTH 6X (H)
GUEST BEER Two Ales (sourced regionally)  (H)

Whitewashed and imposing, with the name
painted in large black letters across
the facade, the Weighbridge stands
beside the original packhorse trail to
Bristol (now a bridleway). The road in
front became a turnpike in 1822 and
there was a public weighbridge next to
the pub. Inside are stone walls
decorated with agricultural artefacts
and exposed beams hung with a large
collection of keys from neighbouring
mills. Log fires provide winter warmth.
The Wadworth 6X is particularly highly
regarded.
