Built 300 years ago and serving as an
inn for 200 years, this pub plays a
pivotal role in the local rural
community. An open log fire in the bar
creates a welcoming ambience. Excellent
selection of food. The pub is thought to
have been a part of the nearby Dyrham
estate, managed by the National Trust.
