This spacious 300-year-old stone-built
pub with spectacular views of the
forest. A large building, it houses a
friendly main bar with over spill into
adjoining rooms, two restaurants and a
large function room with bar. An
enclosed garden with seating provides a
pleasant venue in the summer. With
accommodation and its central forest
location makes it a popular base for
visitors. Six varying real ales normally
available.
